Angel One Fund has invested between $50,000 and $300,000 in six Ukrainian startups.

Angel One Fund has invested in six Ukrainian defense-tech and dual-use tech startups in six months under syndication deals.

The average investment check ranged from $50,000 to $300,000. The fund is unable to invest directly in defense tech startups due to internal policies, so it acts as an intermediary between private investors and such startups, and after the deal is closed, it continues to support these startups.

Angel One Fund recently raised a new $1 million investment round. The raised amount will be invested in June 2024 in Ukrainian pre-seed and seed startups from any industry. Among the startups that have already received investments from the fund are:

  1. Swarmer, which uses AI to transform military operations with swarms of drones, making them more efficient.
  2. Mantis Analytics, which helps businesses identify risks in real time and secure growth with the help of AI;
  3. Buntar Aerospace, a Ukrainian defense startup that develops the Buntar One reconnaissance UAV and Buntar Copilot, a software for planning and executing reconnaissance missions.
